Consultation
We offer a free on site consultation where individual requirements will be established. Design requirements, budget, time frame will be discussed and a full set of accurate measurements will be taken. After this point we will work closely with you to create your perfect carpet or rug.
Design
After discussing your individual requirements we will select colours to match the design and theme of the room as well as discussing and recommending the best manufacturing technique to maximise the effectiveness of the design. Wool can be specially dyed to any colour. Client confidentiality can be implemented if required.
Samples
Our designers will create a design and turn this design into a sample which will be presented for your approval and gives you an opportunity to see what the carpet/rug will finally look like.
Supply & Fitting
Once we receive full approval and a deposit is paid we can begin manufacturing your custom made carpet/rug and a set schedule can be met to ensure manufacturing and delivery is done so on time. Fitting can be done by one of our selected fitting partners. The convenience of the customer is foremost in our services.
